The Twilight Saga "Swan" Set House is no more.

A hole in the ground that was the foundation for the house.

One of the several landfill dumpsters used to haul away the Swan House.

One backhoe driver and assistant locations dude On Location Kerry Park.

I grabbed a piece of siding from the site and a piece of Chimney.

The deconstruction began early Monday morning. ( See previous blog.)
I dropped by on Friday March 26th to have a look at the progress of the deconstruction of the Swan House that once stood in Kerry Park in Surrey B.C.
It was the location used for New Moon, Eclipse and Breaking Dawn. It was the home of the characters Bella Swan and Charlie Swan.

It is a sad day for Twilight Fans and the finality of the end of the saga is clear with the destruction of this set house.
However, in the words of Director Chris Weitz, "Life is short and Art is Long" and this house will live on for a long time in the Twilight Saga Movies.
I count myself as one of the very lucky fans able to visit this house often and share the location of the house with fans from around the globe.
